de 2025<\/strong>, consolidando um espa\u00e7o de debate democr\u00e1tico, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e defini\u00e7\u00e3o de diretrizes para o futuro da sa\u00fade no \/><\/span><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o tema <strong>\u201cParticipa\u00e7\u00e3o, Gest\u00e3o, Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Cuidado: Construindo um SUS eficiente e humanizado!\u201d<\/strong>, a confer\u00eancia deu continuidade \u00e0s discuss\u00f5es iniciadas nas <strong>pr\u00e9-confer\u00eancias dos dias 28 e 29 de novembro<\/strong>, quando trabalhadores e usu\u00e1rios apresentaram propostas e elegeram seus representantes para a etapa municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica: como funcionou o processo de vota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a confer\u00eancia, os participantes se organizaram em eixos tem\u00e1ticos para discutir, aprimorar e votar nas propostas que ir\u00e3o orientar o planejamento da sa\u00fade em Santo Andr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 <strong>At\u00e9 10 propostas por eixo tem\u00e1tico<\/strong> puderam ser aprovadas.<br>\u2714 Para valida\u00e7\u00e3o, cada proposta precisava alcan\u00e7ar <strong>70% ou mais dos votos<\/strong>.<br>\u2714 O c\u00e1lculo seguiu o crit\u00e9rio:<br><strong>n\u00famero de participantes presentes x 70% = votos necess\u00e1rios<\/strong>.<br>\u2714 Os resultados foram consolidados em <strong>relatorias t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong>, que agora comp\u00f5em o documento-base da 19\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-image stk-block-image stk-block fluidez das atividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos Delegados: representa\u00e7\u00e3o assegurada<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A elei\u00e7\u00e3o dos delegados foi realizada por segmentos, garantindo representa\u00e7\u00e3o proporcional e democr\u00e1tica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Usu\u00e1rios dos Conselhos Locais de Sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usu\u00e1rios comuns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trabalhadores da sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestores e prestadores<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada segmento votou apenas em seus pares. As equipes respons\u00e1veis forneceram orienta\u00e7\u00f5es no momento da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o das salas e conduziram o processo de forma transparente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Um encontro marcado pela participa\u00e7\u00e3o e fortalecimento do SUS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A 19\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Sa\u00fade reafirmou o compromisso de Santo Andr\u00e9 com pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas constru\u00eddas coletivamente.
